Community Musicales
The Waco Music Teachers Association membership is encouraged to independently arrange student recitals with the various nursing and retirement homes in the area. Because of the increased number of facilities and their varied schedules, teachers should contact the activities director of the facility of their choice and arrange the recital. This arrangement offers more flexibility for teachers in scheduling visits when students are available and prepared, and also with the facility to ensure that the recital is at an optimum time for the residents.
